In addition, Guangdong owns a large scale of soybean processing and net profit ranked the first across the country, it has a market capitalization at more than 10 hundred billion yuan with just one category.A wide variety of products like Douchi sauces, fried dace with salted black beans cans are derived from Douchi, the second large fermented soybean product in Guangdong. For years, Guangdong Douchi Product have been the Top 1 continuously and steadily in China market and food industry. For non-fermented soybean product, such as soymilk, bean curd sticks, Hakka Douhua, Hakka Tofu’s outputs and brands also are among the highest across the China food industry.
