I. Exclusive Services for Group Visitors
1.Bus Transfer Service
Advance reservation is required. The organizer will make overall arrangements based on group visitor registrations. Specific pick-up areas, assembly points, departure times and routes are subject to the final notice of the organizing committee.
2.Customized Visiting Route
Based on the group visitors’ industry profile, visiting objectives and schedule, the organizer will assist in planning a dedicated visiting route to improve visiting efficiency and experience.
II. Eligibility for Group Visitors
1.Your company, industry association or other organization may contact the organizer to request the Group Visitor Registration Form.
2.Visitors in a corporate group must be current employees of the same company or the same corporate group and must provide one of the following:
(1) valid proof of employment;
(2) supporting materials proving that the person belongs to the procurement department, R&D department, or other relevant departments of the same company, such as an employee ID card, business card, departmental certificate, or company-stamped document.
3.Members of an industry association group must be current employees of the association’s member companies and must provide proof of employment or relevant supporting materials from the procurement department, R&D department, or other relevant departments of the member company.
4.The organizer will review the registration materials. Group visitor eligibility will be confirmed only after approval.
III. Registration and Confirmation Process
1.Contact the organizer to request the Group Visitor Registration Form;
2.Complete the form and return it together with the visitors’ supporting materials before August 2027;
3.The organizer will review and confirm group visitor eligibility;
4.After confirmation, specific service arrangements are subject to the notice of the organizing committee.
IV. Notes for Group Visitors
1.Bus transfer service and customized visiting routes require advance reservation and are subject to final confirmation by the organizer.
2.Visitors must comply with the on-site management rules of the exhibition.
3.Supporting materials submitted by visitors will be used solely for group visitor eligibility review.
